I finally made up my mind to have an abortion but the issue was that there was no way I could get money. If I was going to get money from anybody, it would either be my step father or my mom, and my mom was just not giving me any chance to apologize.

My only option was my step father. Maybe the man would help me if I tell him that his son got me pregnant, but is that a good idea, but wait o!, Why am I even protecting the foolish idiot self?, I will just tell his father and maybe he would just do something about the pregnancy.
I was in my room sleeping with just my night gown on, when I heard a car zoom into the compound. I peeped through the window and it was my step father. I was so dizzy so I just went to lie down back. After few minutes i heard a knock on my door. I knew he was the one so I never bothered to ask who it was.

(Knock knock)

Me: enter o (trying to sit up)

My stepfather: omolola how are you nau?, I didn't see you in the sitting room o so I came to check up on you.

Me: I am fine o but feeling strange. How was work? (Rubbing my eyes...)

My stepfather: it was fine o.

Me: I need to tell you something.

My stepfather: what is it? Tell me anything. I am here for you my dear.

Me: I was thinking of having an abortion (feeling shy..) and I don't have any money to go for the abortion.

My stepfather: WHAT?! (shocked...) Abortion for what, why would you think of that? A child is a gift from God and nothing should be done against that.

Me: yes and i know but my mum would not want me to have a bastard for a baby
my stepfather: (like he just remembered something) omolola, talk to me. who is the father of this baby?

This was a question that i had for long tried to avoid answering and the only person whom i sought help from is asking me this question, what sort of rubbish is going on in my messed up life now sef?

After several minutes without reply from me, he just left my room without saying a word to me. But come to think of it, why am i trying to hide who is responsible for this pregnancy self?
I made up my mind and went to my stepfathers room without even knocking, and what i saw baffled me and caught me by surprise because we were both home alone that evening/

I walked into the hospital and met a nurse on duty at the reception.
